Introduction

Dualon is an educational application that connects students and institutions for subscription-based learning. We work synced with partner institutions that provide educational topics on a monthly basis, conduct annual exams, and award scholarships to top-performing students. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how account deletion works.

Information we collect

We collect the following information to operate the service for provisioned users:

• Identity & contact: name, email address and mobile number (as provided during registration or by your institution).
• Account credentials: username and password; we store only secure password hashes. Users can manage and reset credentials through their account settings.
• Academic data: exam results, scores, progress tracking, course completion records, and scholarship eligibility information.
• Access & usage: login timestamps, IP addresses, device details and audit logs for security and to support learning analytics.
• Optional data: any profile information or learning preferences you store in the app — this depends on how you use Dualon.

How we use your information

• To authenticate users and secure access to the app.
• To deliver educational content, manage monthly topics, and conduct annual exams.
• To evaluate scholarship eligibility and recognize top-performing students.
• To provide and improve the service and to support institutional partnerships.

Third-party service providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and optional payment processing. These providers act as processors and are contractually required to protect data. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards such as encrypted storage, access controls, and HTTPS for data in transit. Administrators control user access; if you believe credentials were provided in error, contact your system administrator and our support (see contact below).

Children’s privacy

Paytrack Executive is intended for adult professional use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies where necessary for authentication and session management. Optional analytics may be used with administrative approval.

Account deletion

If you require your account to be deleted, send an email from the address associated with your account to connect@dualonapp.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. Include your full name and account identifier. We will verify the request and remove access and delete personal data. Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 working days, subject to legal retention obligations.
